The heat is not leaving us any time soon.
This cocktail would be a great addition to the summer drinks rotation.
Light, not overly sweet, and refreshing!
It would definitely impress many a house guest.
A wonderful martini to make!

Recipe

1/2 oz Apricot Flavored Brandy
1 oz Gin
1/2 oz French Vermouth
1/4 tsp Lemon Juice
Shake well with cracked ice and strain into 3 oz Cocktail glass.

This cocktail is not for everybody. It was surprising since with the ingredients it looked like it would just be sweet. The bitters definitely turn this cocktail into childhood cough medicine. If that’s a flavor you like I’d highly recommend. As someone that was sick often as a child I will be passing on this one. Cheers!

After Dinner Cocktail

This one was a sweet cocktail. If you get blue curaçao it’s a fun cocktail to have at a party. One comment was that it tasted like Ramune. If you like that drink you’ll probably like this one! Not boozy enough for me but still fun to drink. Cheers!

Tulip Cocktail

This cocktail would make a great party martini. At first it seems like it would be a really sweet cocktail. But actually the lemon juice and shaking it really makes the cocktail refreshing. It seems like a good cocktail you could make a big batch of without ruining the taste too much. Hope people try it for their holiday parties! Cheers!
